If your computer is acting up, you can submit your problem and we might be able to help you.
If we fix your problem, you will be billed a service fee. If we can't get it fixed, there is no charge.
Before you submit a problem, you may want to see if there is any information about it in the Tech Tips page.

The service fee will vary depending if we can just email the solution and you do the work, or if we have to make a service call.
Service call is an automatic $25.00 and up depending on amount of time spent on call.
Email support is from $5.00 to $15.00 depending on complexity of problem.
